Welcome Our Newest Team Members to Meridian

We’re excited to welcome Reilly Skorupski to Meridian as our newest Support Advisor. Reilly graduated from George Mason University in May 2026 with a degree in Finance and brings valuable experience in financial planning, investment analysis, and client service. Through previous internship roles, she supported advisors with CRM management, financial reporting, and operational improvements. Reilly is passionate about investing and financial markets, enjoys weightlifting, and was a collegiate soccer goalkeeper. We are thrilled to have her join the Meridian team and look forward to the contributions she will make in supporting our clients and advisors.

In addition to welcoming Reilly, we’re proud to continue our commitment to developing future professionals through Meridian’s summer internship program. This summer, we’re excited to have Sean Hallett and Kelly Oo join us as interns as they gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry.

Sean is a rising junior at James Madison University, where he is studying Business Analytics and Financial Economics. A Warrenton native, Sean enjoys sports, fishing, working out, and spending time outdoors with family. He is active in community service through organizations such as Special Olympics and brings a strong work ethic, curiosity, and enthusiasm for learning. As a dedicated Green Bay Packers fan, one of his bucket-list experiences is attending a game at Lambeau Field.

Kelly, a rising senior and finance student in the Honors Program at George Mason University, is pursuing a degree in Business with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Business Analytics. She brings experience in customer service and accounting support, along with an impressive academic record and a passion for professional growth. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys hiking, reading, spending time at the beach, and perfecting homemade matcha recipes.
