Heather joined the firm in 2021, bringing with her extensive experience from a decades-long career in operations. Known for cultivating strong team camaraderie, Heather thrives in her role overseeing client service staff and daily operations for Meridian.

Heather lives in Gainesville with her husband, Brandon, and her son, Aidan. Originally from Manassas, Heather remains deeply connected to her Prince William County roots.  Heather is a graduate of Leadership Fauquier’s class of 2024.

When not helping clients, Heather enjoys sports photography, spending time with her husband and teenage son, watching and attending soccer games, and crafting.
