Who We Are

Tyler graduated cum laude from Averett University in Danville, Virginia, completing a double major in Accounting and Marketing Management in just three and a half years. During his time at Averett, he developed a strong passion for the business field and the

many opportunities it offers.

In the summer of 2018, Tyler interned with Meridian Financial Partners, where he gained valuable real-world experience and exposure to many aspects of business operations. He officially joined the firm in January 2019. He went on to earn his Master of Accountancy from Averett University in 2020 and is currently working toward his CIMA certification. He is also a graduate of Leadership Fauquier’s Class of 2023.

While at Averett, Tyler was a member of the baseball team and continues to stay involved in the game by coaching for the Virginia Cannons, a youth travel baseball organization he played for growing up. Outside of work, he can be found at home with his fiancée, Kira, and their dogs, Wilson and Joy, and their cat, Radley; at the barn with their horse, Peppy; or out on the water fishing. One of Tyler’s long-term goals is to travel the world to fish in renowned locations such as Clear Lake in California and Lake Fork in Texas, as well as visit Japan to experience its unique bass fishing opportunities and rich baseball culture.
