Joanne Hilliard, FPQP®

Client Engagement Lead

Joanne joins the Meridian team with over a decade of experience in branch/corporate banking and almost 14 years in the mortgage industry. Joanne has always believed outstanding client service is paramount to any successful business. Joanne graduated from Mercyhurst University with a degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. In 2025, Joanne earned her Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP) designation, bringing a greater depth of knowledge to her work at Meridian.

With decades in the financial realm, Joanne brings a unique blend of sales, service, and operations excellence to the Meridian team.  Joanne is originally from the Pittsburgh area, but has lived in Northern Virginia for 25 years, residing in Fauquier County for the most recent 7 of those years.  When not serving clients, Joanne enjoys Yoga, boating, spending time with family, sampling new coffee shops with her husband and spending time with her precious toy poodle.
